TRUSTS
AND ESTATES
In this aspect of
our practice, we cover the entire estate process from basic estate
planning--incorporating estate and gift tax considerations and
familial needs such as elder care requirements--through implementation
in the form of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, charitable foundations
and estate administration. Our attorneys utilize their broad tax
expertise to serve clients’ needs in preserving family assets
for future generations. Our practice includes probate and appearance
in Surrogate’s Court. We also advise clients in the area
of care for aging or disabled family members, including the problems
of navigating through the often confusing Medicare and Medicaid
procedures.
When drafting wills, trusts and durable powers of attorney, we
focus entirely on our clients’ goals of seeing their wealth
being preserved and allocated efficiently while minimizing the
risks associated with extensive litigation and tax consequences.
Our extensive experience in this field allows us to provide our
clients with a myriad of options other firms cannot replicate.
We are able to anticipate and address various complex legal issues
that may otherwise go unforeseen.
