David’s
practice focuses on a wide variety of general corporate and transactional
matters. David graduated from Hofstra University School of Law,
receiving his J.D. in 2009. While at Hofstra, David received
the Justice Raymond Wilkes Memorial Scholarship, awarded to a
student enrolled in the E. David Woycik, Jr. Intensive Trial
Techniques Program. David was also Student Legal Counsel at the
Securities Arbitration Clinic under Director and Professor Curtis
Pew, Esq., where he represented retail investors in arbitration
proceedings filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
David graduated from Syracuse University, magna
cum laude, in 2004 with a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A.
in History. His academic honors include membership in Phi Beta
Kappa, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Pi Alpha
Theta, (History National Honors Society), Pi Sigma Alpha (Political
Science National Honors Society), and Deans List, 2000-2004.
Prior
to attending law school, David worked as a legal assistant in
the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department at Andrews Kurth,
LLP, in Dallas, Texas.
David joined the firm in May 2008 as a
summer associate and subsequently accepted an offer of full-time
employment beginning August 2009.
