Mr.
Choi’s practice focuses primarily on general and securities
litigation. David graduated from Fordham University School of
Law in 2007 where he was the recipient of the NYWB fellowship
and the Murray Award – Summa Cum Laude for his outstanding
legal work within the public interest community and his founding
of the New York Legal Translation Project. David was also a member
of Fordham’s Criminal and Tax clinics where he litigated
cases in the New York State Criminal Court under the Student Practice
order of the 1st Department and negotiated settlements on behalf
of clients with the IRS.
Mr. Choi joined the firm in May 2008 as an associate.
